NCS families and community members, please join us in the school library media center for a Social Media & Technology Workshop at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 21!
This workshop will empower families and community members to understand and navigate the complex digital world, recognizing that nearly all teens are online on a daily basis.
The workshop offers practical strategies that emphasize open communication, setting clear rules and boundaries at home, utilizing parental controls, and fostering critical thinking and digital literacy skills. These strategies aim to achieve a balanced use of technology and strengthen students’ cognitive resilience through intentional “digital reset” approaches.
