Another year has gone by in the blink of an eye! Students were dismissed today in our traditionally bubbly way!
There were smiles and hugs and lots of happy kids looking forward to summer. After the walking students waved goodbye to the buses, families and friends remained for several minutes, catching up and chatting about summer plans.
A special thank you to our retirees; we are ever grateful for all you have done for our students and community, and we will miss you all so much! Mrs. Gonzalez and Mrs. Ostrander weren’t at dismissal in person, but they were there in spirit and will always be part of the NCS family. Mrs. Sedon and Ms. Bieniek posed together for a final time as co-workers. And Mrs. Angus, originator of the final dismissal bubble extravaganza, enjoyed goodbye chats with students.
