IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ
All student medications (prescription AND over-the-counter) need to be picked up from the health office by a parent/guardian NO LATER THAN 06/27 AT 2PM. Please contact School Nurse Charlotte Renner at ckalkbrenner@northvillecsd.org or 518-863-7000, x4126 to arrange a date/time for pickup.
Medications will NOT be sent home with students. Any medications (inhalers and EpiPens included) will be disposed of if not picked up by a parent/guardian.
