State Senator Mark Walczyk led NCS seniors on a guided tour of the Capitol Building today.
The students learned about the history of the building, stood on the floor of the Senate Chamber, and got a first-hand account of the responsibilities and duties of our local lawmakers.
The students, Mr. Karbowski, Ms. Dragoon and Ms. Dickinson left with a greater appreciation of the legislative process and a sincere appreciation for the time Senator Walczyk spent with them. Thank you, Senator!
