NCSD Board of Education Meeting Schedule 2026-27
Meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of every month and will be held in the lower-level conference room unless otherwise indicated.

Public Participation Information
Board of Education Operating Norms
- No surprises at Board meetings, etc.
- Respond back as soon as possible after sharing an issue.
- Confidentiality maintained.
- Ask questions and maintain open communication.
- Build the Board-Superintendent relationship.
- Model mutual respect.
Board of Education Meeting Public Comment Session
- The board encourages public expression at board meetings.
- The board will not permit, in public session, discussion involving individual District personnel or students.
- Persons wishing to discuss matters involving individual District personnel or students should present their comments and/or concerns to the superintendent during regular business hours.
- All speakers are to conduct themselves in a civil manner. Personal attacks, obscene language, libelous statements, threats of violence, statements advocating racial, religious, or other forms of prejudice will not be tolerated.
- We ask speakers to identify themselves by name and address prior to speaking.
- There is a three-minute allotment per speaker.
